Return & Refund Policy – Craft Organics

At Craft Organics, we deal in natural, consumable food products such as rice, wheat, and other grains. Due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of these items, our return policy is limited and strictly enforced.

1. No General Returns

We do not accept returns for food products once they have been delivered, as they are consumable items and cannot be resold.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We only offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or spoiled

  • You received a wrong item

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof of the issue

4. Refund / Replacement

  • Once verified, we will offer either:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept requests in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed

  • Delay in reporting beyond the allowed time window

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or grain size (as these are natural products)

6. Important Note

All Craft Organics products are carefully sourced and packed to maintain quality and freshness. Natural variations are expected and do not indicate defects.
